Julian Hardy represented a client who was accused of being involved in the importation of 500 kilos of cocaine worth £500 million. Despite being arrested abroad and being extradited to the UK, Julian and the defence team worked hard to prepare the clients' case for trial. The Client was found not guilty and immediately released from prison where he had spent 7 months on remand.
Julian Hardy successfully represents Doctor in proceedings before the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service, started by the General Medical Council which have lasted 3 years. Initially facing 3 allegations and facing a hearing before the Tribunal, the final allegation was withdrawn following a strong defence and representation.
