Kamal Channa ofBrooklyn Lawrecently represented our client in an alleged four handed conspiracy of fraudulent trading, breach of timeshare regulations and money laundering regulations during the period between 2011 to 2016. This complex case was brought to the courts by Bournemouth Borough Council.
The matter was concluded with the first defendant entering a basis of plea, and our client subsequently pleading guilty to two strict liability offences and getting a conditional discharge, meaning Brooklyn Solicitors yet again got a great result for its client.
Julian Hardy successfully represents Doctor in proceedings before the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service, started by the General Medical Council which have lasted 3 years. Initially facing 3 allegations and facing a hearing before the Tribunal, the final allegation was withdrawn following a strong defence and representation.
Martin Tracy, together Mr Danny Robinson QC and Nick Robinson ( Junior Counsel) from 5 Kings Bench Walk, secure the acquittal of our client DC on charges of Murder and Manslaughter following legal submissions at the end of the prosecution case at Chelmsford Crown Court.
