Brooklyns have successfully defended a client who failed to give a breath sample. The Brooklyn’s team secured a not guilty verdict following a summary trial for failing to provide a specimen of breath. Brooklyn’s team put forward medical evidence that medication wrongly prescribed by the accused’s GP caused chronic headaches and argued successfully that the accused’s inability to provide a specimen of breath was justified, securing a not guilty verdict.
Julian Hardy successfully represents Doctor in proceedings before the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service, started by the General Medical Council which have lasted 3 years. Initially facing 3 allegations and facing a hearing before the Tribunal, the final allegation was withdrawn following a strong defence and representation.
