Brooklyn Lawhas been instructed to represent a defendant who has been charged with being concerned in the import of £41 million of cocaine into the UK on a private jet from Columbia. This is one of the UK’s largest drugs busts to date. The Brooklyn’s team on this instruction will be led by Julian Hardy.
Julian Hardy successfully represents Doctor in proceedings before the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service, started by the General Medical Council which have lasted 3 years. Initially facing 3 allegations and facing a hearing before the Tribunal, the final allegation was withdrawn following a strong defence and representation.
