Martin Tracy ofBrooklyn Lawhas successfully represented a father and son from a travelling family in respect of allegations of attempted murder made against them. Both clients were acquitted of the attempted murder charges made against them.
The allegations made were particularly serious as they involved a moving vehicle, and an axe being used to assault the driver through the driver’s side door window whilst the vehicle was moving at speed.
Julian Hardy successfully represents Doctor in proceedings before the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service, started by the General Medical Council which have lasted 3 years. Initially facing 3 allegations and facing a hearing before the Tribunal, the final allegation was withdrawn following a strong defence and representation.
