Heena has worked at Brooklyn Law for over 10 years and is a very valued member of the team. Having started off as a paralegal in 2007, Heena progressed to fee earning her own Magistrates’ and Crown Court cases and has recently been appointed as the Brooklyn Law Legal Practice Manager.

Heena previously specialised in confiscation work, normally in Crown Court proceedings. Heena has represented defendants and applicants who have had assets forfeited and are seeking recovery of those assets. Heena’s thorough and detailed approach to this area has resulted in many successful results in confiscation instructions. Heena is highly regarded by her clients for her hard work, efficiency and consistent professional approach. As Heena is solely the Legal Practice Manager now, her responsibilities include a wide range of management and administration responsibilities, with the overall purpose of ensuring the smooth day to day running of the legal office.
