Julian Hardy.
Julian is a Solicitor and Director of Brooklyn Law. Over an impressive 30-year career, he has successfully merged two London Law firms to create Brooklyn Law which he has built into a multi-disciplinary practice offering a wide range of services to clients. Prior to this, Julian worked with various leading law firms across London.

Julian specialises in criminal law representing clients accused of all kinds of criminal allegations which include serious organised crime, white collar crime, regulatory and driving offences. Julian also has considerable experience dealing with matters subject to the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 such as confiscation proceedings and redetermination of assets.
Julian personally represents his clients at court and conducts summary trials before the Magistrates having built up a good reputation for his detailed preparation and strong advocacy.
Julian also provides advice and representation during the early stages of a matter such as during police investigations and also investigations commenced by the Serious Fraud Office, the National Crime Agency, His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs, The Information Commissioners Office, the General Medical Council and Trading Standards.
During his lengthy career in Law, Julian has built up strong relationships with other professionals such as barristers, forensic accountants, and specialised forensic experts such as medical consultants, all of which have been key when defending large scale investigations and litigation.
Julian is often recommended to clients who face investigations or proceedings all over the UK including cases involving international elements and jurisdictions.
