Julian Hardy successfully represents Doctor in proceedings before the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service, started by the General Medical Council which have lasted 3 years. Initially facing 3 allegations and facing a hearing before the Tribunal, the final allegation was withdrawn following a strong defence and representation.
